Sic sanciona a head & shoulders por decir que quita la caspa de por vida
La Superintendencia le impuso una multa a la firma Procter & Gamble por 429 millones de pesos por publicidad engañosa. Ello puesto que en el comercial, actuado por Sofía Vergara, se sostiene que los efectos anticaspa son “de por vida”.
La SIC, después de llevar a cabo toda la etapa investigativa, llegó a la conclusión de que dicho efecto solo es posible si se usa el producto durante todo el resto de la vida, cosa que no aclara dicha compañía en su publicidad.
Por lo tanto, la SIC entre sus argumentos para imponer la sanción sostiene que dicho comentario “No es cierto, resulta confuso, impreciso, insuficiente, no veraz y deviene en engañoso”, expresó la SIC.
Por lo tanto el comercial, protagonizado por la colombiana Sofía Vergara, deberá salir del aire.
