La superintendencia de industria y comercio sancionó a la pesquera jaramillo
Durante una visita de verificación a la planta empacadora de la Pesquera Jaramillo ubicada en Bogotá, la SIC, en cumplimiento de sus funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control en materia de metrología legal (pesas y medidas), impuso una sanción de $442,6 millones, mediante acto administrativo contra el cual proceden los recursos de reposición y apelación, toda vez que al revisar el contenido de 50 paquetes del producto de anillos de calamar y 50 paquetes de camarón tití con indicación de 350 gramos, que “estaban listos para ser comercializados y habían superado todos los controles de calidad internos de la empresa” evidenció que los primeros contenían 48,23 gramos menos de lo indicado, entregándole a los consumidores 301,77 gramos, es decir, 13,78{a7ec2d20cb984a10f5ee16d909d4de9129fabff2510277e1895286ced9712a14} menos de la cantidad anunciada y los segundos contenían 335,71 gramos, es decir, 14,29 gramos menos de lo indicado.
Al respecto, la revista Portafolio en publicación de noviembre 16 de 2017, afirmó: “En lo transcurrido de 2017, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio ha realizado más de 600 visitas de control metrológico a centenares de empresarios en todo el país, para garantizar medidas precisas y exactas a los consumidores y así proteger el bolsillo de todos los colombianos”.
